These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ComiFull, including the ComiFull mobile application, website, checkout pages, customer support, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ComiFull, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use ComiFull on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region, to use ComiFull. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. The ComiFull Service

ComiFull provides a digital comics reading experience, including discovery, search, favorites, reading history, chapter access, virtual items, Premium access, and related features. We may update, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for ComiFull, users, partners, or payment providers.

The ComiFull app, website, interfaces, logos, designs, text, software, artwork, comics, images, and other materials are owned by or licensed to sdroid and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may access content for personal, non-commercial use within ComiFull. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or exploit content outside the service unless you have written permission from the rights holder.

7. Virtual Items, Coins, and Digital Content

ComiFull may offer virtual coins, credits, rewards, chapter unlocks, subscriptions, or other digital items. These items are licensed for use within ComiFull only. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law.

Virtual items may be subject to expiration, account restrictions, platform rules, or service changes. We may modify pricing, availability, grants, and item rules where permitted by law.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases may be processed by app stores, payment processors, or checkout providers. Your purchase is also subject to the terms, billing rules, refund rules, and policies of the relevant platform or payment provider.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date according to the applicable platform rules. You are responsible for managing cancellation through the relevant app store, platform, or checkout flow where the purchase was made.

9. Refunds

Because ComiFull provides digital content and virtual items, completed purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or by the applicable platform policy. Refunds may be considered where a technical failure prevents delivery of purchased access or where a billing error is confirmed.

To request support, contact support@comic-full.com with your user ID, order ID, product name, purchase time, and issue description. App store purchases may need to be handled through the relevant app store refund process.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation. Support availability and response times may vary.

ComiFull may include links to third-party websites, app stores, payment providers, analytics providers, attribution providers, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ComiFull if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse purchases or virtual items, infringe rights, or if required by law or platform rules. You may stop using ComiFull at any time and may request account deletion where available.

ComiFull is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sdroid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to ComiFull will not exceed the amount you paid to ComiFull in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, or other appropriate means. Continued use of ComiFull after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
